SteelCraft Construction Company warrants that our workmanship and materials will be free from defects for a period specified in individual project contracts, typically one year from project completion. This warranty covers defects due to faulty workmanship or materials supplied by our company.

The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, natural disasters, improper maintenance, alterations by third parties, or damage caused by the client or other contractors. Damage resulting from structural changes not performed by SteelCraft is also excluded from warranty coverage.

These terms and any disputes arising from or relating to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in courts located in Manila, Philippines.
